Laughter Yoga
Being playful and having fun can greatly enhance our sense of wellbeing. Join Janet Whitfield from Abundant Laughter for an engaging and interactive session of Laughter Yoga. She will guide you through some activities involving playful laughter games, hand clapping and deep breathing. Learn about the health benefits of laughter and how to invite more laughter into your life to become more resilient and joyful. Laughter is for everyone, so come dressed in comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and a sense of fun!
